How to shop
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register for an account in order to place an order.
How do I place an order on your site?
If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.
1.Click on the product that you are interested in.
2. Choose a size of the product.
3. Click “ADD TO CART” button on the right.
4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, our customer service team will be able to process your order over the phone or WhatsApp in most cases.
Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
Making changes to your order
If it’s still early in the order process, you can get in touch to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address. You can also cancel your order and place a new one with the items you want.
You can usually cancel your order immediately after it’s placed, before the order is too far along in the process.
To cancel your order:
Click Menu.
Click Orders.
If your order can still be canceled, you’ll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order and choose from the available delivery options.
If you don’t see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process.
When will my card be charged?
