For returns or exchanges:

The item must be unopened (in original packaging) or in new condition, and the return must be made within a 14 day period. It is important that the customer provides the receipt that came along with the item. Items that are returned opened, altered or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

Please note that returns and exchanges incur additional shipping fees and are only done in cash.
